Stayed here with my kids and everything was good.

Excellent place for nightlife, felt like home. Our a double room was modest with full kitchen.

We got a room with a tub.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. The staff is incredibly accommodating and ensures guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Walmart in Puerto Vallarta, making it easy to access the malecon.

A microwave oven, a refrigerator and kitchenware in my family room were a very thoughtful addition. Got a perfect and great breakfast included. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel was in a marvellous and fantastic location, to the newer tower 4 area. Found a place called Balance, set next door to the venue, ate there a few times. The pool was nice and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar. Besides, there was parking on site...

We loved the central location and the cleanliness of the place. The staff was polite, and we appreciated the early check-in. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and was perfect. Great spot for nightlife; highly recommend it.

This place is in a great spot, just a short stroll away from other restaurants, the ocean, and the beach 🌊. The staff is always super friendly and ready to help whenever you need them. Top-notch service all around!

Booked it for our holiday and had a peaceful stay here. The room was good sized and brand-new, had fantastic views and featured a work desk, multi-channel television and a coffee machine. Exceptional service, though a few employees were kind of rude...

Spacious room with a stunning marina view. Short walk to a variety of restaurants. Coffee and fruit provided every morning on the top deck to watch the sunrise. Helpful staff that offers travel recommendations and assistance. Lovely collection of diverse travelers, including happy families. Great breakfast options with made-to-order omelettes. Good value for being close to the ocean. Convenient amenities like a small fridge and beach towel service.

Felt warm, but no complaints.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Walmart in Puerto Vallarta where there are easy transfers to the malecon, shops and transport, and Eddy's restaurant, which is very good, and great food. Had nice dainties at Bahia Cafe, located steps away from the property.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

I liked the place, its perfect breakfast.

There was lots of savoury meals.

Conveniently situated near the water taxi to explore other parts of the area - a definite bonus! 🚤

During my Easter vacation, I had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Nuevo Vallarta. The spacious room had a great view of the marina, which was a fantastic way to start each day. Additionally, I loved the fact that there were a group of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel, making it convenient to try different cuisines every night. Another advantage was the daily coffee and fruit service on the top deck, where I could enjoy a peaceful morning while watching the sunrise.

There were a few aspects that I did not particularly enjoy during my stay. there were a few nights where the noise from the bar on the lower floors and the top deck bar was quite loud, disturbing the tranquility of the room.
